Dr. Mary Kay Taylor, MBA
Dr. Mary Kay Taylor is a strategic advisor and organizational effectiveness leader who partners with executive teams to align strategy, prioritize initiatives, and ensure execution delivers measurable business value.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, she has been trusted to step into complex, high-stakes environments to bring clarity, structure, and focus to organizational priorities. Her work centers on translating strategy into a focused portfolio of initiatives, establishing governance and decision-making frameworks, and enabling leaders to execute with discipline and alignment across the organization.
Dr. Taylor specializes in helping organizations determine what to work on, how to prioritize and sequence initiatives, and how to maintain visibility and control as work progresses. She partners closely with executive leadership to support decision-making, align resources to strategic priorities, and ensure initiatives deliver intended business and financial outcomes. Her experience spans healthcare, higher education, and consulting environments, where she has led enterprise transformation efforts, built portfolio and governance structures, and supported organizations in navigating growth, change, and operational complexity.
Dr. Taylor holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) and an MBA, along with advanced certifications in Change Management, and is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Six Sigma Champion.

Abigail Driscoll, MBA
Abigail Driscoll is a Performance & Execution Associate Consultant at Strategy Dr Consulting, where she focuses on ensuring strategic initiatives are tracked, measured, and deliver intended business value.
She plays a key role in supporting the execution of client initiatives by providing visibility into progress, performance, and outcomes across the portfolio. Her work centers on tracking initiative performance, maintaining alignment between execution and strategic priorities, and supporting data-informed decision-making throughout the lifecycle of the work.
Abigail leverages structured methods, including Lean and project management approaches, to bring discipline and consistency to execution tracking and performance measurement. She supports the development of reporting, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms that enable leaders to understand progress, identify risks, and make informed adjustments as priorities evolve.
With a strong foundation in business strategy, communication, and organizational leadership, Abigail combines analytical insight with practical execution support. She ensures that initiatives not only move forward but are evaluated against intended outcomes, helping organizations maintain focus, accountability, and value realization.
Abigail holds a Bachelor of Arts from Neumann University and an MBA from Capella University.
